A New You for the New Year

A new year is here! This is an exciting time when many of us take a look at our lives and decide where we would like to make positive changes. Perhaps you only have one big resolution this year, or perhaps you have numerous, but one thing is for certain - becoming healthier and happier should be a big part of everything you wish to achieve.

If you have decided that part of the positive changes you want to make in 2014 is to lose weight, then you are in good company because this is THE most common resolution people make as the clock strikes midnight.

Although how you achieve this and the journey you take to reach your goals will be as individual as you are, here are some helpful tips that may help you along the way:
